Being a "Girl Dad" is rewarding and challenging. It's even more so when your daughter is an elite collegiate athlete. In this episode, I shared "Girl Dad" experiences with a good friend, Jim Bruni, whose daughter is also an elite D1 athlete. My daughter, Rebecca, finished her senior season this year as a 6 time NCAA D2 All-American swimmer. We shared how they both rose through the youth sports ranks, through high school and finally at the collegiate level to achieve unthinkable success. Lot's of great nuggets of wisdom found during our chat.
